Participation Types

You may participate as Team LMS Athena Member or through Support Group of Team LMS Athena.
PArticipation in the Team has some prerequisites and requires some minimum commitment. This is not the case for the Suport Group. In order to participate to the Team you should have a minimum level of academin qualifications and/or work/professional experience and it is obligatory to be able to offer effort in terms of volunteer work or financial support for the purpose of the team (you can choose what you will offer depending on your capabilities). Team LMS Athena is not a 'loose' organization that members are rarely involved in anything important. Team LMS Athena is real team with proven capable people, increased cohesion, trust, collaboration and communication with all members in continues involvement depending on the ability of the members that define the work of the Team.
The support Group is also very important. It has its own organization and structure and support the work of the Team. Anyone can enrol to the Support Group as far as she/he is an adult and has the will to support the cause. Below you can fine the basic prerequisites, responsibilities and authority levels for Team LMS Athena and Support Group for LMS Athena in order to decide your level of involvement.

Registration for Support Group for LMS Athena

Prerequisites
1. To be an adult based on legislation of the country you live and under 17 years old at any case.
Participation Characteristics
1. You are keeped informed for the activities and the work of the TeamΕνημερώνεστε για τις δράσεις και έργο της Ομάδας
2. You participate in the activities of the Team
3. You support the Team and the work of the Team with your participation any time this is possible
4. You participate in the organizational structure and decision making for the Support Group, if you want so and you are capable to deliver results
5. Your participation to the Support Group may be evaluate if in the future you want to participate to the Team LMS Athena and you may have some Participation Units from the first day in the Team (Support Units is the way we count the participation and involvement in the Team. Members with best qualifications and more Support Units can take authority and responsibility positions and roles in the Team.

Registration for Team LMS Athena

Prerequisites
1. To be an adult based on legislation of the country you live and under 17 years old at any case.
2. To have at least a Degree (Bachelor) of a higher education recognised establishment (University) or six (6) year of work/professional experience in a specific subject.
Participation Characteristics
3. You should be able to commit at minimum two (2) Participation Units per month.
(One Participation unit represents on hour of volunteer work (person hour) or with ten (10) εuro of financial assistance. You can commit the 2 support units or more in any combination you wish i.e. only volunteer work or only financial support or both i.e. 1 support unit as voluntary work and 1 support unit as financial support/ expenses coverage for the mission of the Team. Your Support units are recorded (summary) and members can view ranking based on offered Support Units. The number of support units that a member has offered are evaluated and taken in to account together with knowledge, qualifications and experiences in the case that a member wants to take roles of higher responsibility an authority in the Team. What is import is to declare only you can commit. If you don't provide to the team what you have committed you are creating bigger problems to the team its even better for the team to not participate at all. For this reason and in order to protect the team and to be sure that we have in the team only people wit real interest members that do not meet their commitments we will be removed automatically form the system (no human innervation) and the ghe person that failed tha commitment will not have the option o register again for one (1) year. We also believe that if someone can offer not even 2 hours per month for cause of the Team an the same time can not give 20 EUR to cover some of the Team expenses then she/he definitely can not help and the most probable is that she/he will cause problems to the operation of the team because of the absence of serious interest. Finally for those exemptions that honeslty cannot commit to offer something but they belie in the work of the team and want to help there is the Support Group for Team LMS Athena where they can enrol without a commitment. All members based on their hierarchy in the team based on their role and their participation participate in the decision making ofr the user of the Participation Units and/or can see how the Participation Units are evaluated Participation Units thaw we, all members, offer, without any exception are securing our independence.

1. You participate in Work Structures of the Team
2. You participate at positions of responsibility in the Team based on your qualifications and the Participation Units
3. You participate in the strategic roadmap management and in the important decisions in the Team
4. You are keeped informed for the activities and the work of the Team
5. You support the Team and the work of the Team with your participation any time this is possible
6. You can participate in the activities of Support Group for Team LMS Athena
